The little fishing village of Six Men's Bay is less than a 5 minute walk We are all about comfort at Miri_Joy Apartments so there's bags of room for 4 persons. The rooms are bright and uncluttered. One bedroom has a double bed and the other 2 twin beds. Bedrooms have a/c units and a standing fan. Kitchens are airy and fully equiped All guests share the washing machine and drying area at the rear of the building. A communal table and chairs are located at the rear of the building for those who wish to relax in the shade If we do not collect you from the airport we will be awaiting your arrival at the apartments. We are easily contactable to assist you with absolutely anything. I can provide basic breakfast items if required -very useful if you have a late arrival or a long tiring flight Miri_Joy Apartments is located at the northern edge of the Six Mens residential neighborhood within short walking distance to the beach, public transport, the fish market and The Fish Pot Restaurant - all good for a vacation away from the usual tourist spots. Just imagine - fish from the sea to your plate within a couple of hours - wow. The fishermen will even clean and prepare your fish for you for a small fee. The apartment boasts off-road parking for 4 cars. Public transport is less than a 3 minute walk to the main road. Here you can get buses heading south to Speightstown, Bridgetown and further north to Farley Hill and River Bay. From Speightstown bus terminal you can hop on a bus to the East Coast - see the brave surfers in action at the Soup Bowl. Guests who wish to take the bus to/from the airport can do so however they will need to get another bus from Speightstown to Six Mens. Speightstown is less than 5 mins by transport or a 25 min walk. Business hours in Speightstown are from 8:30am - 4:00pm. Banks close at 3:00pm unless they are located in a Mall and do not open on weekends. Speightstown boasts street vendors selling fresh fruit and vegetables who usually trade from 8:30 - 5:00pm. You can find them outside Eddies Supermarket and along the street where Courts Superstore is located. Jordans supermarket provides a shuttle for the elderly and heavily leaden - may have to wait a while for the van and it may take you all around St. Peter before getting to Six Mens.
