Historic Salem 2

My decor is contemporary and colorful with each room having a different style. I have a large kitchen island and a small front deck with seating for two and a back back seating for four. There is a neighborhood market next door to my place for any convenient foods & drink. I’m only 1 block from the harbor with a variety of shops & restaurants. Please note only fully vaccinated guests will be accepted at this time with proof. Also masks are required in common areas at all times. I set up my place to be a very welcoming space to stay at. It’s also very close to the downtown making it easy to get around and take in the many different attractions Salem has to offer. Please be aware that this is a shared unit. I live here and also rent out a second bedroom. Guests will have access to kitchen, living room, dining room, front & back decks and bathroom. I enjoy chatting with guests as the time allows. The area where I’m located “The Point” is in the heart of a diverse neighborhood with a mix of Latin heritage, LGBTQI community and a vibrant art scene with over 100 building murals painted throughout the area. One 1 block from the harbor and 2 blocks from the downtown. It’s very easy to get around while staying at my place if you plan to just visit Salem as I’m only a few minutes walk to all the attractions. There is a ferry service to Boston ($45 round trip). Only a 10 min walk. Commuter Rail is also only a 10 min. walk with trains to Boston (30 min. ride). Or points north to scenic Rockport & Gloucester. The sofa bed is a pull out futon couch that I will have setup with bed sheets & pillows. This is also a LBGTQI residence. Also when arriving DO NOT ring the doorbell!
