Clean and Cozy Cottage in Island Beach

Fully winterized, clean and cozy cottage in Island Beach, Beaconia. Close to Patricia Beach, South Beach Casino and Grand Beach. Balsam Harbour is a two minute drive. Our little cabin is private and fully stocked. There is AC for when it's too hot and electric heat for when it's too cold. There is a BBQ on the deck that is accessible all year round. There is a spacious screened-in gazebo and a fire pit in the yard for guests to use. Well water is safe to drink. Guests can message me or text me. Instructions for arrival and departure are in the cabin. There is a camera system at the cabin that is not currently monitored.
