You will find no home like ours in Cuenca! This is a lovely brand new house in a quiet residential neighbourhood, 10 min walking distance from the Historic Center. 3 large bedrooms with private bathrooms and queen bed, modern and fully equipped kitchen, inside garden, terrace, secure parking and WiFi. The house is nicely decorated with European furniture. Its a new house, that is why all the services, furniture, rooms and kitchen are modern. We have cleaning service upon request! It's a comfortable & spacious house (210m²/ 2200ft²) fully furnished and nicely decorated. The inside garden is a perfect relaxing spot in the middle of the house, it comes with a nice tea table. You will love our modern kitchen, we have pretty much everything you need: a brand new oven, induction cooktop kitchen, microwave, coffee maker machine, electric Kittle, bred toaster, juice maker, electric mixer, rice cooker, wine opener, wine glasses, a crockery, and many other accessories. The 3 rooms are elegant and bright, each comes with one queen bed with soft ironed sheets, white towels, a 46'' TV with Netflix, a private and modern bathroom and a big closet. There is a hair drier, an iron and an iron board. We have a washing room, where you will have access to a washing and drying machines. Additionally, we have a third floor with a comfortable couch (sofa bed) and terrace with view to the Historic Center. There is one bike with helmet available. We have two private parking spots if you decide to come by car. There is wifi service available, airport pick up and cleaning service upon request. You will always have the house for your own. Nobody lives there, and there will never be other guests there with you. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are only opened for bookings of 3 or more guests. We don't live in the house ourselves. We will meet at your arrival and departure. And I will be pleased to help whenever you need advice or have a particular request. For your comfort we can pick you up at the airport for $5. It is a quiet residential neighbourhood, located at a short walking distance from the heart of Cuenca and close to Cristo Rey Park. It's a safe neighborhood, with access to a small supermarket, a park and easy to get taxis. It's located in a small street with very little trafic. The drive to the airport and main bus terminal is around 5 minutes. You can easily get a taxi in Cuenca or walk during the day. Taxis cost in average $2. Please ask for weekly and monthly discounts.
