This is a private, large, bright and fully equipped apartment. Pets are welcomed. There are two patios that guests can use including a bbq. The apartment has a view and access to one of the 5 beaches that the community of Port Hood boasts. From our location it is a 5-10 minutes walk to the local Bistro and 15 minute walk into the village. The surrounding area includes restaurants, golf courses, hiking trails, and many musical events especially during the summer and fall seasons. We offer a full one- bedroom basement apartment. The view of a beautiful beach and boardwalk can be seen from the apartment. The beach is about a 3 minute walk from our home. There are four other great beaches in the community that are close by. There is a walking trail behind our home, another 3 minute walk. Great for walking, biking and for ATVs. Guests have access to the fully furnished basement apartment. They also can use the two lower decks set up on either side of the basement entrance. Parking is closest to their entrance. Port Hood is a small community of about 1000 people. It is a seaside community with many people making their livelihood by fishing and tourism. There are several amenities in the community such as a grocery store, hardware store, liquor store, credit union, churches, fish store, beverage room, bistro, breakfast and lunch restaurant and a take out restaurant. There are five beautiful beaches with easy access, one having a boardwalk.
