Located on Venustiano Carranza - one block from Basilio Badillo AKA Restaurant Row - all the best restaurants, shops, galleries and the beach are only steps away. The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed and conveniently hosts a bed side table on each side. A full bathroom with rain shower head is located ensuite. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, additional closet and can comfortably sleep two more guests. The small desk can be used to catch up on emails if you'll be staying connected on your travels. A second full bathroom is located across the hall. The living area is spacious and provides seating for 4 on the sectional couch plus two accompanying chairs. Watch your favorite Smart TV Apps such as Netflix and YouTube on the large flat screen TV. The kitchen's quartz countertops and tile backsplash shine alongside the stainless steel appliances. If you like to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. Meals are best served at the 4 top dining dining table or outside on the balcony. Common Amenities Loft 268 provides exceptional amenities with an innovative rooftop area that incorporates a large infinity edge pool with waterfall, gym, glassed Sky Bar with billiards table, BBQ area, fire pit, Jacuzzi and multiple sunning areas complete with lounge chairs and day beds - all with ocean and mountain views.  The entrance to the building is striking and stylish, the lobby is an open air concept with manicured tropical gardens, covered lounge areas, and a soothing multilevel rock water feature. The Neighborhood Loft 268 is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Basilio Badillo Street is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Loft 268. The beach is a short walk, just 2 blocks west of Loft 268. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including: parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc. Security This is a gated building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7. If guests come to visit you, you'll be able to see their face on a video screen in the condo and can chat with them before deciding to let them in. This building is very safe in a safe neighborhood. Interaction with Guests A member of our team will meet you at the building for check in. Afterwards, you can reach us by call or text 24 hours a day OR drop by our local office, located just one block away. Guest Access Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas. Getting Around You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town Uber, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable. Other Things to Note There is construction planned in the area meaning there may be noise and dust in the neighborhood. Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace. The US Centers for Disease Control (effective 26-Jan-2021) and Canada Transport Ministry (effective 7-Jan-2021) have issued new requirements that individuals flying into either country must have a negative COVID-19 test before boarding a plane bound for the United States or Canada. COVID-19 tests are readily available in Puerto Vallarta, and our team is available to help answer questions and make appointments on behalf of your group.
