Casa Oceana Includes FREE breakfast and maid service for all guests Monday through Saturday. The house is stocked with items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, and a cooler. This amazing property features 8 Bedrooms, 7 Bathrooms and sleeps up to 18 guests comfortably! Casa Oceana has A/C throughout the home and living areas for your comfort. There is a huge 400 SF media room with flat-screen cable, Apple TV, black-out blinds, and huge custom sofas to relax and unwind after a day at the beach club or surfing one of the many world-class waves in the area! The outdoor living and dining area features Balinese poolside furniture and sunbeds surrounding the Teak decking and infinity-edge pool. This is all covered by an incredible natural palm palapa area allowing you to escape the tropical sun while enjoying tropical outdoor living. This home is an architectural wonder and features a modern tropical style and has a fully equipped kitchen, Silestone quartz countertops, and beautiful Costa Rican woodwork throughout. There is a custom dining table for 18 guests, with a beautiful one-piece hardwood dining table - a must-see, check the photos!!!! Casa Oceana has its bedrooms split over 2 floors with a mirror image plan layout on each floor. Each bedroom has its own smart & Apple TV, cable, WiFi, AC, custom-made cabinetry, beds, and bedside settings. The main level features 4 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. The second level features 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. The 1st and 5th Bedrooms are both master bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, king-size bed, and walk-in closets. The 2nd and 6th Bedrooms have queen beds, each with its own private bathroom. The 3rd and 7th bedrooms have Queen beds and share a full-size bathroom. The 4th and 8th Bedrooms have Queen beds with a shared full-size bathroom. There are two bedrooms (one on the main level and one on the 2nd level) that have a twin-size trundle bed in addition to the queen bed. In total, the property can sleep a max of 18 people. Yard and/or pool maintenance visits are conducted throughout the week, usually in the morning. Covid-19 restrictions apply to common areas and common area pools. A security deposit/authorization of $1000 is due at CHECK-IN and can only be secured via CREDIT CARD (note that security deposits are refunded 3 business days after check out unless there are missing or damaged items). DRONES PROHIBITED: Please note that the use of drones is completely prohibited due to regulations of this complex; it is considered a privacy violation You have access to the entire property.
