The brand new private rooms are located in the first floor of the house. The rooms have tinted temperate glass doors which can be locked. Each room offers 4 twin-size beds with clean linen, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a fully functional small kitchen with the following: Refrigerator, microwave, electric Stove, grilling machine, sandwich maker, crock pot, coffee maker, There is also a safe, Wi-Fi, a spacious closet, and an en-suite bathroom with hot shower, along with clean towels. The rooms are separated from the main house, however, they are inside the gated property which provides security. Although the glass doors are tinted, you also have curtains to give you privacy. The rooms are next to each other, sharing the relaxing patio in front of the property, however, they are not connected. * Very Important: check in hours are between 3pm and 7pm local time. If you cannot check in during those hours, please make arrangements to check in the next day The guests are allowed to use the property in the first floor, which includes their room, the front patio, the breakfast table located in the side of the house, and hammock. We are friendly and easily accessible, however, we will give you privacy and space. The neighborhood has been growing but it is still a quiet area. Playa Grande is definitely a secluded beach that has been getting some attention due to its gorgeous sand and perfect surf, however, it is not uncommon to have the beach all to yourself. The area is a Reserve National Park and for that reason it is perfect for those who are looking for a quiet vacation with an option for a 20 minute drive up to a more active town, Tamarindo. Tamarindo Beach is only 20 minutes away and offers night-life entertainment. The roads are paved but not well lit, therefore it is best to familiarize yourself with the route during daylight. In Playa Grande you have a few options for restaurants, bars, and a local convenience store, as well as the famous Frijoles Locos store where you can rent surf-boards and get surf lessons. Most people will rent a car to get around, however there are shuttles and public transportation available. Uber is not commonly used in this area. Cars may be parked in front of the property. The beautiful Playa Grande beach is just a short walking distance away, about 300 meters.
