You will have access to the entire house without having to share any areas with others. We do not live close by., but we have relatives that will greet you at your arrival and help if there would be any issues or repairs. We are directly communicating with guests through the Airbnb app or (Hidden by Airbnb) and respond quickly. Gated Street with 24 hour security. The surrounding neighborhood is safe and quiet.
