See below in “Other things to note”! •Digital Guidebook W/ Food/Fun Recommendations, Early Check-in/Late Checkout options, Infant/Toddler Rentals, Eco/Allergy Friendly Laundry & More! * Per CDC Guidelines, and in response to Covid 19, we have updated our cleaning procedures to reduce the possibility of contracting Covid 19, and to ensure that the spaces our guests are staying in remains up to standard and as clean as possible* Cleaning While sanitizing the homes, cleaners are: • Wearing disposable gloves to clean and disinfect. •Using disinfectant on surfaces before wiping clean. • Engaging in heightened cleaning of frequently touched surfaces such as tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, faucets, remotes, etc. Disinfecting While disinfecting the homes, cleaners are: • Using bleach and/or alcohol solutions per CDC Guidelines Laundering While laundering, the cleaners are: •Disinfecting couches and soft surfaces (carpets/rugs/drapes) with an EPA-registered household disinfectant that meets CDC guidelines. •Wearing disposable gloves when handling dirty laundry and keeping dirty linens/towels separated from clean. •Laundering when possible at the highest temperature for linens. *Additional Notes* • All of our linens and towels are laundered off site at a laundry facility using the warmest water setting allowed by manufacturer’s instructions. Only dye free and hypoallergenic laundry products are used (Wool Dryer Balls / ALL Free & Clear Detergent). • Our cleaning team has been updated on CDC Guidelines for hand washing, face covering, and social distancing to reduce the potential for incidental transmission of germs both at home and at work. The space is a single Condo in a large Condominium building. There is secure off street parking along with an elevator to the second floor where the unit is located. While we likely won't see you in person during your stay we are available as needed to assist with any questions you may have and have even curated a custom guidebook with all of the best eateries, bars/nightlife, and things to do in the city. With decades of combined hospitality experience in major hotel chains, we'll always do our best to ensure you have a great stay! Known for its colorful street murals, the Bywater neighborhood has a bohemian vibe, with plenty of outdoor cafes, boisterous dive bars and hip restaurants. Quirky boutiques selling handmade goods dot the area, while buzzy St. Roch Market offers southern gourmet specialities in a stylishly updated Victorian food hall. Trails, picnic spots and sweeping city views are the draw at riverside Crescent Park. A vibrant art scene - with local artisans' galleries, funky live music venues, and art markets, embodies the essence of these adjacent neighborhoods. The food scene here is mixed with trendy spots and locally founded, casual digs - take your pick. Explore the St. Claude Arts District, Crescent Park on the riverfront, and more. Guests will have exclusive and uninterrupted access to the entire space, including bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and patio. Guests will share access to the pool, gym, and outdoor common areas with other residents of the building. This beautiful condo is the perfect spot for your stay in New Orleans, in the heart of the Bywater and just steps to gems such as Bacchanal Wine, Bywater Bakery, The Joint and much more! With all the amenities you could ask for, you can enjoy a stress-free visit to New Orleans! We are a 10 minute drive or a 5 minute walk to the bus line to the French Quarter and Downtown! Uber/Lyft ranges from $7-10 to Bourbon St! •Completely Private Space with 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths, outdoor patio, plus Pool & Gym Access! •Intimate Setting For Couples and perfect for families and groups! •Extremely Comfortable Bed! •TV with Netflix logged in and Access to your Hulu / Amazon Prime Video accounts & much more! Public Transit: The #5 bus line is a 3 block walk from the space and charges $1.25/person per ride or $3 for a day pass (expires at 4am). The ride is about 10 minutes and you'll be dropped off right between the French Quarter and Frenchmen Street! (See NORTA website for bus schedule) Driving: We are about a 5-7 minute drive to the French Quarter/Downtown area. Ride Sharing: Uber/Lyft are $5-7 to and from the French Quarter/Downtown. All of our guests will receive new user Uber and Lyft Promo Codes! Airport Transportation: We also have partnered with a local Transportation company to offer discounted transportation to/from the Airport!
