This private bedroom within this gorgeous and large 4-bedroom duplex - one full-sized bed surrounded by beautiful and authentic Ironbound neighborhood. Location is the keyword for this place only a short 5 to 6 min walkable to Newark Penn station which can take you to NYC 24 hours 7 days a week in only 17/20 min to 33 st Manhattan or world trade center. This listing is for one private room with a shared bathroom with only one additional person sharing it. the other two rooms have a private bathroom, in my remodeled 4-bedroom house. The Kitchen (Light cook use only), Living Room is all shared space and I may have other guests in the house during your stay. If your reservation is only for one guest, only one guest will be allowed; otherwise, update request accordingly with the number in your party. This home has a custom brick classic style New York vibe, and the décor comes directly from Soho, NYC vibe. Every other week – will have a cleaning lady that will make sure the entire apartment is clean including your room and bathrooms. High-speed 300Mbps internet (WiFi), flat screen tv's in every room with live TV with recorded HDR channels plus on-demand. This room comes with a queen bed, flat-screen tv, small desk, chair, and Iron and hairdryer available up request. Central AC and Heater in the entire house. Even though you may have other 3 people living in this apartment – the place is very big and due to rules to make everyone stay better and selecting guest that are aligned about living in a place where shared space is always clean, neat and peaceful; I am confident you will have a great experience. The bedroom features a full-size bed with a sofa bed(medium-firm), feather and down pillows, down duvet, and cotton sheets. The bathroom has all your essentials: toilet paper, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, and shampoo and soap available up request. Guest have this huge room with private bathroom to themselves and can certainly have access to the kitchen for LIGHT MEALS ONLY. Plenty of restaurants, shops and bakery all around. There are a 24 hours Walgreens store next door. There is plenty of paid parking lot next door, and street parking is a bit challenging but plenty in the evenings. I offer access to the washer and dryer. I offer limited access to our kitchen and guests may access it for light meals and no food that will produce long-lasting smells and oily dishes. The kitchen access is only allowed for light meals. I give the guest all the privacy. However, I'll be there to assist whenever needed. I'm always up for a good conversation. Many of Ironbound finest restaurants are just a few steps away from the house, so you will probably be tempted to eat out to try a wonder of authentic coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants. Since this apartment has an open layout with the kitchen and living room – the kitchen is only to be used for light meal preparations. And Avoid any elaborated dish that will produce long-lasting smells. If required to cook extensively this may not be a good property fit due to those rules.
