2 bedroom house near airport in gated condominium

2 bedroom and 2 bathroom place has all furniture needed for a nice and comfortable stay. The house is located in a gated community with very nice gardens, warm weather and the pool is just 1 short block away. It has a parking spot right in front parkway and equipped with all kitchen amenities, a TV in living room and AC in main bedroom. Other bedroom has plenty of fans. Washing machine and dryer available for laundry. There are many restaurants, convenience & drugstore @ walking distance. The house is very nicely decorated as seen in pictures. It is fully equipped with kitchen supplies, modern furniture, internet and Smart TV. 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and a bunker bed composed of two individual beds. Aside from that, the sofa in the living room can convert to another individual bed, plus a queen high quality air mattress that can be included upon request. The place also has a washing machine and a dryer available. AC in main bedroom! The house is fully available for guests. Please be mindful and respectful of neighbors in the back as there is no real wall division, just a natural weed fence. Neighborhood is very family oriented and very nice and quiet. It is close to city as a highway to the city is just 1 km away. But we are far enough to have the peace. We have all we need at walking distance, including convenience store, drug store, 5 restaurants, a paid gym, a phone shop. There is public buses coming to the main entrance of the condominium but I do recommend moving in Uber, me or a trusted assigned driver, or renting a car. Main bedroom has AC. Secondary room has fan.
