Charming and cozy duplex Apt with 2 double room and one bathroom. Great location. Near the metro Ana Rosa, supermarket and pharmacy 24. 50 years building all reformed overlooking green area. A gem in the middle of SP! A duplex with a different architecture , with two comfortable double rooms and one bathroom .All the rest of the apartment available . Located in a strategic point of Sao Paulo near the Ana Rosa metro ( green line connection to blue line ) overlooking an amazing green area . Upstairs is a social area with a kitchen in mining style that integrates with the room and a toilet . Downstairs are two bedrooms and bathroom with shower . The smallest room we called Maya, have a box bed and a closet. The largest room we call " Sampa " with king size bed and has a balcony with chairs to give a relax admiring the green area . In the mornings we usually hear songs of birds that migrate Park Aclimação to this area because this garden is between the two parks , and Aclimação Ibirapuera . In this room we have a differential that is a crib set for a couple who has a baby and a recliner that serves as support for breastfeeding .   Ps.If you want to use the cradle ordered that the reservation request to be tidy, but we ask that you bring the baby pillow and an extra change of clothes for the same bed if necessary .
