VILLA POMME D'AMOUR IN MARIGOT upper level of guest villa 4 min. walk to a cove

Villa Pomme d'Amour is a 2 villa property situated in the Southern ridge of Marigot Bay. We are built high in the ridge surrounded by nature and lovely views of a mountain and on the right side a secluded cove great for swimming and snorkeling in the Caribbean sea...a 4 minute walk down a nature path.... As owner/managers, Pierre and I live on the property and are available any time for help or info of any kind. The apartment on this ad is the upper level of the guest villa (left side on photos). This upper level is built a bit higher than the main house, close to the top of some big trees and very private. It is composed of 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds, a bathroom with shower, a well appointed kitchen and living room. Kitchen and living room open with wide louver doors onto a private veranda for your meals and leisure time, overlooking the pool and tropical gardens, a mountain brimming with birds and on the right side that secluded cove....a 4 minute walk down a nature path to some great snorkeling and swimming. A 10 minute walk or very short car ride, brings you down in the bay of Marigot for another beach and water sports such as kayaking, paddle boarding, water taxis, sailing and more...You will also find many restaurants and little bars, a grocery store, a bank and much more.... Your arrival can be either by car rental ( we can send some info on this) or by taxi that we would set up for you. If you arrive by taxi, a car could be booked and delivered at the villa on the day of your choice. On arrival, you are served a pitcher of ice cold rum punch and little things to eat and then for your first dinner in the bay, Pierre will drive you down and pick you up when you are done. Provisions for your first breakfast are supplied free of charge: eggs, bread and butter, cereal, jam, fresh fruits, orange juice, 1 bottle of water, coffee, tea and in the cupboard you will find many condiments and spices. After your first breakfast I come to see you with a local map and tourism book and we look at all the possible activities and how to get to them and if some need to be booked I can help with this if you so wish..... There is a tree deck on one side of the property built 20 feet above ground level around an enormous ficus tree, a great place to relax and watch some great sunsets. There is also a fitness corner with free weights, a Weider exercise machine, and a stationary bicycle. Wi Fi is available in each of the 3 apartments and we offer the use of our laundry facilities if needed...free of charge.
