The studio offers 100 mb internet, cable television, Netflix, G assistant, Fully equipped kitchen, has an air fryer for guests who wish to take care of their health or who have special requirements for cooking. We are passionate about coffee. Having been born in a country where exceptional coffee is produced, we offer a small selection of our local coffee for your enjoyment. Hence, you can appreciate the flavors and smells of our land. And you can live a coffee experience with various preparation methods. All that while you relax or prepare for a night of adventure in the many options to enjoy just steps from the apartment. The guest may use amenities available in the building, such as: • Concierge services (24/7) • Floor 6: app operated Laundry room and pet’s shower (Website hidden by Airbnb) Floor 7: Gym and pool • Floor 29: Coworking space and meeting room (Website hidden by Airbnb) Car Parking: max 6,5 feet high We and our co-host will always be just a message or call away should you need any help or information URBN is located in the trendiest and pedestrian friendly part of San Jose, with countless restaurants offering everything from steak houses to vegan food, bars and pubs, grocery stores, theaters, museums, hospitals, language schools, Universities (including the beautiful University of Costa Rica (UCR) campus) and convenience stores, a shopping mall etc, all within walking distance. Even the downtown is only a 20 minute walk away. This is by far the best location in town just an hour and a half drive from the closest beach. Other tourist/important locations: 12 miles / 20 km from Juan Santa Maria International airport, 40 minutes drive 110 miles / 170 km from Manuel Antonio National Park, 3 hour drive 20 miles / 32 km from Poas Volcano, 1.15 hour drive 32 miles / 50 km from Irazu Volcano, 1.5 hour drive 85 miles / 137 km from La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano, 3 hour drive All you may need is within walking distance, but there is also a local city bus stop and train station just 2 blocks away. All regional bus stops (Pacific or Caribbean is your next destination is the beach) are a short taxi/uber ride away. Even so, International airport has a reliable taxi service, I also recommend using UBER which is considerably cheaper. We have close to 70 pubs and restaurants, many of them vegan friendly, within easy walking distance. And a supermarket that closes at 9:00 p.m. as well as a convenience store w/ATM closing at 10:00 p.m. both are 5 blocks away. Also the center of town is a 15 minute walk away where you will find museums, parks, the central market, national theater etc. The apt is exclusively yours, without interruptions for the duration of your stay, make yourself at home.
