On the first floor, you have a small open concept kitchen (equipped with: fridge, 4 stove kitchen, microwave), a dining table and a small living room, equipped with a sofa and a TV. Also on the first floor, there is a guest half bathroom, a washer and dryer, and a small storage room with a hidden safe box that you can use during your stay. On the second floor you will find the bedroom, equipped with a queen sized bed, a walk-in closet, ensuite full bathroom, a desk, and another TV. The apartment also has high speed WiFi and cable TV. Guests can access a well equipped gym (shared with other guests in the building). We have an underground private parking lot that you can use, and the building has a couple of visitor parking lots outside the building. The building has 24h doorman and security. San Isidro is the most beautiful, safe, and high end district in Lima. The apartment is located next to parks, restaurants, embassies, hotels (such as Country Club Hotel, BTH and Los Delfines Hotel). Just in front of the apartment, there is a small Mall with a Starbucks, a bakery, ATMs, a SPA, souvenir stores, and other boutique stores such as Ilaria (a Peruvian famous silver jewelery and accessory store). You also have many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and Super Markets very, very close. The area surrounding the Lima Golf Club (1 block away) is one of the preferred running routes by the locals. The Miraflores Malecon, another preferred running/cycling route, overlooking the ocean, is 10 blocks away. The Real Plaza Salaverry Mall, one of the biggest and newest malls in Lima, is just 15 minutes away by foot. The nearest Hospital, with 24h Emergency Room, is 4 blocks away (Clinica el Golf). The apartment is located 3 blocks away from Av. Javier Prado (one of the main avenues of Lima), 7 blocks away from Av. Salaverry (one of the main avenues connecting with the Historic Center of Lima), and 5 minutes away by car from the Costa Verde (the highway that runs through the coast of Miraflores). Public transport is not ideal in Lima, but this is as good as location can get. Uber, EasyTaxi, Cabify, and a series of other taxi apps work optimally and prices are reasonable.
