Beautiful private room on quite Cul de Sac

Quite bedroom close to everything Madison and south central Wisconsin have to offer. 10 to 15 minutes to campus, downtown or the Alliant Energy Center. Enjoy a quite corner bedroom on a quite cul de Sac just minutes away from the UW and the Epic Systems Headquaters. No pets please. Enjoy a private bedroom with a potentially shared bathroom. Kitchen and patio access. Come down and enjoy Netflix with us. We love getting to know people who visit but if you value your privacy we respect that as well. We are on a quite suburban cul de sac. We love we are close to town but far enough out we aren't in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Some of the most popular and best restaurants are easy walking distance away and everything else is a short drive away. On street parking available in front of our house. Uber to downtown is usually around $10. Bus line is two blocks away. We do have a hypoallergenic breed puppy who is getting used to the world. When he is better socialized we will welcome well mannered and socialized dogs along. We are now only renting this room where in the past we had two rooms. Bonnie and I both work from home during the day.
