The space Casa Sea-Esta is located in Playa Pelada in one of the most beautiful and serene locations in all of Nosara. Enjoy sounds of howler monkeys, tropical birds, rustling bamboo, and surf. Playa Guiones, one of the best places to surf in the world, is just minutes away. From the house, you can walk or bike on the beach to stores, restaurants, and surf. This beautiful, newly constructed, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Pelada offers comfort, efficiency, and up-to-date amenities. Each bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, with two of the bedrooms opening to the outdoor patio and pool area. You will love the open and bright living space with a view and opening to our inviting and beautiful backyard, including a pool and a large covered patio area. We also have a laundry room for your convenience. The house is gated thus very secure. - Casa Sea-Esta is tobacco-free (including the pool/outdoor areas). - Parking is available on-premises. - A safe is provided in the house. - Convenient key lock box is provided. - The pool does not have a shallow end for small children and is not fenced. - WiFi is provided. (Like other utilities in Nosara, outages occasionally occur.) - Guests are asked not to host events or parties Guests can easily walk (approximately 10 min at a jungle trail), bike, or ride an ATV into the Playa Guiones village center for great restaurants, souvenir shops, and tourist activities. It’s a short trip into Nosara Center for groceries, restaurants, and other amenities. This listing comes with complimentary guest services and concierge services from Vacation Nosara. Other things to note: Nosara is a rapidly growing community and we have seen a lot of construction projects pop up lately. This is also the case for the adjacent property to Casa Sea Esta. Unfortunately, the project itself and the exact disturbance is out of our control. However, the owners have been friendly about the situation and while this project is still ongoing we have a discounted rate due to any potential inconvenience. We care a great deal about our clients and for that reason, we also want to make you aware of one of the véry few downsides to Nosara: petty theft (they usually are out for your cash and your stuff). We would like to understand the dynamics of the group, so we can take care of you and downsize the chance of you having any issues with this. Please feel free to inquire for more information. The property manager can arrange security or a dinner watchman at an additional cost. You may experience electric, phone, and internet outages; low water pressure; temporary water outages especially during the dry season, December through April.
