This two story villa is perched atop the beautiful mountains of Samara. Nestled in the jungle, bellow the village of Santo Domingo. Here you will experience nothing but nature, relaxation and a memorable stay. You will hear nothing but the sound of birds, monkeys, swaying mango & coconut trees and ocean waves. Open and breezy; attention to detail shines from every facet. This beautiful impeccable two story Costa Rican villa consists of two bedrooms on the lower floor both with on suite bathrooms. Bedroom one has a queen size bed and bedroom two has two twin size beds. The main floor of the villa consists of a large fully equipped kitchen, living area and a spacious outdoor living space furnished with locally crafted furniture for you to enjoy. For groups of more than 4 we can add two additional beds in the living area. All rooms are equipped with fans and air conditioning units. Access to air conditioning will be provided at an additional cost of $20 USD per night. A gated long private driveway leads you to the villa where you will have your own private parking space. You will also have access to a beautiful shared outdoor shower and a Jacuzzi for a relaxing time at home. Please note we provide Bath towels based on the number of guests. For those staying less than one week we will provide toiletry for their entire stay. For those staying more than one week we provide a "starter kit"; 1 to 2 days worth of toiletry. This private villa is one of the two villas on this gorgeous five acre mountain top property. The villa will be yours and yours alone to enjoy during your stay. No one but you will have access to it. The property has a private gated driveway. You will receive a key upon arrival and many, many Smiles :) The owners live on the property adjacent to this villa/property and are always available in person, by phone, text or email should you need anything. We have a Jacuzzi and and outdoor shower situated between the two properties which as long as it's not under maintenance you are welcome to use and enjoy during your stay. A/C is available at an additional $20 USD per night. Should you decide to use the A/C units please let us know in advance and we will adjust the price accordingly and provide you with the remote control to be able to activate the units. Please note that the villa and all facilities are for the immediate guests use only and no outside visitors are allowed on the property. To make it affordable for smaller groups we have based our prices on the number of occupants. The person making the reservation must provide the correct number of guests. We must be informed should the number of guests increase at a later time. For the tranquility and safety of the surrounding nature, all guests and the homeowners no parties and events are allowed. Please let's live in harmony with our surrounding. As your hosts we are available by phone, text or email. We encourage all guests to get in touch with us without hesitation if they have any questions about the property, or simply queries about the town and activities in the area. We live on the property adjacent to this villa/property. We are close enough to town for those who like to walk but far enough from any car noise. The nature is what you will experience here; beautiful tropical birds, iguanas lizards, frogs, butter flies, monkeys and more. You really won't need to take a monkey tour all you would have to do is sit back quietly on the balcony and watch the family of monkeys only a few meters away from you move from tree to tree and feast on the mangoes and leafs. Walking down the road to the town and the beach is another experience on it's own. If you are a nature lover you will love your experience here at Casa La Bella Montana De Samara. Conveniently located within walking distance or a short drive to beaches and town centre where you will find anything you need from bars and restaurants to supermarkets and convenient stores. Only a 15 minutes walk down the hill will take you to the beautiful Samara beach and from there another 15 minutes walk will get you to the center of town. We are only a 5 minutes slow drive to the town center and the same distance to the gorgeous Carrillo Beach. Having a car would be convenient but should you decide not to drive a six dollar taxi ride will get you to the town center. A/C is available at an additional $20 per night. Should you decide to use the A/C units please let us know in advance and we will adjust the price accordingly and provide you with the remote control to be able to activate the units. The higher the number of occupants the higher the cost of operation for us. Guests must provide the correct number of occupants. For groups of more than 4 we will provide bedding in the living area. The house comes with free WIFI and Cable TV. There is parking on premises. We do not provide hammocks. The check in window is between 4 PM to 7 PM. We do not allow check in at a later time unless it is arranged with us in advance. We require to be present for the guests arrival to meet the guests in Person and to check them in. Check out is at 10 am. Guests on wheelchair can have access to both floors from the outside only. We are situated on conservation land and no catching, hunting, feeding or killing of any kind of wild life is permitted.
