Our love for the rich culture and luscious landscape of Jamaica, brought us to this bungalow, and we welcome you to enjoy it just as much as we do. There are paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soap, and tennis balls / rackets. There are also towels available for the beach and pool. If there is an item you would like to confirm is available, please don’t hesitate to ask. Each room equipped with air conditioning units and ceiling fans. Our location is perfect, because we are just minutes away from all the sought after attractions in Ocho Rios. Located in a fully gated, secure community, we offer exactly what one needs to experience that island experience. Don't leave the island without checking out Scotchies Jerk Center and all of the local restaurants. Your very own private chef can also be provided. Guests have access to free WIFI, cable TV, private yard, swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and fitness center. I have provided tennis rackets and balls if you would like to play tennis. There are also towels available for the beach and pool. This is an eco friendly home. Water heater is solar powered., but we also have a back up should there be limited sun. Washer/dryer may be provided, but there's also a clothes line out back that will dry your clothes faster than the dryer. Ceiling fans work well to help circulate that cool island breeze passing through the country club. I'm available 24/7 for my guests. Text or call or e-mail. This home is located in a new development. All the homes are newly built, including this one. Some homeowners are still working on improvements, but this should not effect the comfort and enjoyment of your stay. A car is a great thing to have, so that you can get from place to place. Attractions are within minutes away and taxis are available, but there is a private parking for a vehicle if you decide to have a rental car. Air Conditioning in the unit. The ACs work off of a sensor. They will only work properly when you are in the room and all doors and windows are closed. So, for example, if you go into the bedroom and turn it on, but there is a door open, it will not turn on. Another example, If you go into the bedroom, turn it on, open the door and leave, close back the door, it will shut off after 15 minutes, because it will sense you are not in the room.
