Hop Hop Hop to the Beach! Casa Rana 2bd/2bth condo

Want to hear and smell the ocean everyday when you wake up? If the answer is "YES" then you need check right in to Casa Rana...this fun eclectic space is just a short 3 minute walk to one of Costa Rica's most beautiful beaches, Playa Samara. Located in downtown Samara, this condo has everything you need for a perfect beach getaway! Pura Vida! Need more room? We have a 2nd unit below this one that is perfect for multiple families or larger groups. Casa Rana (Frog House) is a spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment style condo on the third floor of Casa Lobo. It has a very large and open concept floorpan that provide's lot's of good natural sunlight. This unit sleeps 5/6 comfortably. This unit is well equipped with a full kitchen to create any type of gourmet meal you can think of. The unit has its own washing machine, high speed WIFI and two outdoor patios. Sit out front on the patio table and people watch for hours on end! There is a comfortable couch in the living room along with a TV, (cable TV provided), a DVD player, and some of our favorite DVDs (remember those?) The futon in the living room can be folded down to create another bed if extra space is needed for sleeping. A center piece dining room table sits 4 people comfortably. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and connects to the main bathroom and includes a hot water shower and bidet. Bedroom 2 has large locally made guanacaste tree wood bunkbed and additional twin bed. This room has its own bathroom with a shower. If you have a baby this unit is equipped with a pack and play. The main door to the building is secured by a key and buzzer system. There are also security cameras in the front, back, and hallway of the building. We try to provide almost everything you need for your stay! Long term stays may need to supply their own paper products as well as pay for their own electricity. (Power In very expensive down here) You will receive a welcome email before arriving from the property manager. When you arrive you will be greeted by the property manager who will provide you with key and all of the information on Samara you need to have a great time. We live in Utah, USA. We visit Samara about every 6 months. Samara is a quiet beach town with great food and the most amazing beach. If you are wanting to learn to surf this is where to do it. If you are looking for pro surfing waves you can find them just a short drive away to another beach. All of the people are very friendly and happy to point you to the best restaurants or shopping. The Natural Center you will find great organic foods for cooking at home. If you are looking for a shuttle from the airport we recommend Outback Samara. Once you are in town the best thing to do it rent a bike or walk. You can also rent dirt bikes or 4 wheelers. We also have a couple car rental recommendations. Just ask us! Walk everywhere in town! Shops, groceries, dining, bars and of course the best beach in CR....Playa Samara.
