Balcony and hammock available on property. Lots of natural light inside. Trees around the property add some privacy. The space is designed to feel old and cozy with lots of art and vintage vibes. Lots of parking on site. Be careful not to block the vehicles of our tenants. Quiet neighbourhood not far from the highway, grocery and liquor store. We have tenants renting the basement apartment. Your apartment has stairs leading to their laundry room. You do not need to go down there, there is a separate washer and dryer upstairs for you. They cannot access your rented apartment from their home. The counter tops are sensitive to water, please wipe away water after use instead of allowing water to dry on the surface. There is a municipal compost and our own personal compost bins in the yard. Meat, bones, and dairy all belong in the municipal compost. Vegetables, fruits and egg shells can go in our black compost bins. Please remove stickers from peelings. If this is too complicated please put all compost in municipal compost.
