The guest has an individual office attached to the room with two redundant wi-fi networks and great natural light. Very spacious townhouse from the 60s and located in a quiet street in Vila Mariana - a safe area to walk and go out even at night. 800m from the subway and Ana Rosa bus terminal and quick access to Paulista Ave. (35 min on foot) or Aclimação Park (15 min on foot). The guest can enjoy the well-ventilated room decorated with antique objects that tell their stories; equipped with a Lane sofa from the 90s, smartv, dining room, full kitchen and toilet. Upstairs is the shared bathroom with shower and the guest bedroom equipped with a very comfortable double bed, TV with Chromecast and large closets. There is also an exclusive guest bedroom balcony with very comfortable rustic adirondack chairs with complete privacy; smoking is allowed on the balcony. The guest has a very quiet private office with a large desk, reclining chair and a beautiful Beatles poster to make a nice background for your work call. In the basement there is a laundry room with a washing machine, supplies and clotheslines available. Kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, toilet and laundry. I respect the guest's choice to socialize or remain quiet; I'm out during business hours but accessible by phone or online. Near Paulista Avenue, the region is well-served by restaurants, clubs and bars - just two blocks from the famous "Veloso bar" and your traditional "coxinha". The house is 1.5 km from Aclimação Park and 3.5 km from Ibirapuera Park or MAC Museum. The house is very close to Ana Rosa subway station/bus station (800 meters) and a 30-minute walk from Paulista Avenue. The surroundings is full of cycle paths and you can rent a public bicycle on a near station. Guests are allowed to smoke cigarettes, pipes or cigars exclusively on the outside area or on the balcony. Vapers or electronic cigarettes are allowed too.
