Country cottages

This rustic getaway is 420 friendly, and a great place to just relax. Surrounded by many fishing lakes, An hour and a half to the gulf coast and an hour and a half to the Atlantic. We are 4 miles from downtown Avon park, Downtown Sebring is 12 miles south Sebring raceway is 15 miles south east Legoland is 29 miles north Disneyland is 57 miles north The cottage is located on the same property as our home, our guests have a patio, fire pit, and grill they are welcome to use anytime. Bring your favorite fishing pole and bait because there is a large pond on the property which guests are welcome to use. If you don't have a pole, we have poles for a $25 refundable deposit. We have a few fruit trees on the property, along with, sugarcane, and Yucca. We also have, 2 dogs, Samantha and Capone, a mini pig named Hamilton, a few outside cats, and several chickens. We are constantly making upgrades to the property so we appreciate all and any suggestions you have to make this the perfect getaway. If drinking, we offer rides free of charge. 420 friendly. Guests have their own parking and private entrance. The outdoor sitting area is a common area for other guests as well We like to give our guests plenty of privacy and personal space but can be reached anytime If your GPS tries to take you off the paved roads, drive by and let your GPS reroute you we do allow pre-approved pets only. we do not discriminate against breeds of dogs. we do require a one time $25 pet fee.
