Great for relaxing or hosting fabulous parties, Fully equipped kitchen, with small refrigerator and stove, dining room with a table for 8, plus a breakfast table for 4. A spacious three level terrace, perfect for afternoon drinks and to watch the amazing sunsets. Horse back riding available, fruit trees at your disposal. You can cut your own plantain, mangos, oranges, tangerines, limes, avocados, papayas, mamones, nancites, jocotes, figs, and all complementary on us. For horse back riding just ask our caretaker and he will be more than happy to help you. Ideally you should rent a car, But if you rather not, I will be more than happy to send a taxi to pick you up at the airport and bring you to the house for $30. Also car service is available for a small charge, tipical one way anywhere in Masaya is $4 - $5 Expect to pay $1 more late at night. In Masaya we have the best arts and crafts markets in Nicaragua, a beautiful lagoon called Laguna de Apoyo, Volcan Masaya is a few minutes away, Catarina Look out point is only a 15 minutes drive, Granada city is 15 minutes drive away. Water in Masaya comes every other day but we have a huge reservoir tank so water is not a problem but don't waste it because if you finish the tank you would have no water. Electricity is limited as well because it is a solar panel only lasts for about 4 to 6 hours depending on your use. You Have a Small Refrigerator and can charge phones and a laptop.
