The "A+" City of Decatur, older than Atlanta, is often seen on lists of best, most-livable cities and towns. A diverse small city minutes from downtown Atlanta, Decatur is well known for great cultural offerings and food. The "Old Church" house is located in the Lenox Place Neighborhood, a lush older neighborhood popular with families, in part due to Decatur's schools and strong community. The house is located a couple of blocks from the North entrance to the Eastlake MARTA station. The relatively small area within Decatur's City limits is truly walkable, and it's less than a mile through neighborhood to downtown businesses and dining establishments, including some of our favorites: 246, The Brick Store Pub, Farm Burger, Pastries A Go-Go, and Dancing Goats coffee
