New - Mae's Guest Cottage/Luxury Suite

Our oasis/mini-resort is close to the city center, culture, great views, parks, restaurants et al - plus, we have a gratis shuttle to your destination point (if you like). You’ll love this place because of the people & the outdoors space, plus the comfortable, quiet and secure atmosphere. This guest suite has a large pool, trampoline, tropical gardens & animals. It's good for couples, adventurers, and especially families (with kids). We provide RitzCarlton type 5 star service at a 3 star price If by chance, a guest desires A/C in the master bedroom area (entire suite) there is a US$5 charge per day for this service. We keep our prices for renting very low (as you know), but electricity is expensive in Nicaragua, so we need this small extra fee - if A/C is indeed desired. Also, we ask you to PLEASE turn off the A/C when not in use...THANK YOU! ((-:
