This cottage is minutes away from Tatamagouche, a bustling village on the North Shore of Nova Scotia. Come and relax in a private atmosphere where you can enjoy nature, wildlife and the water. (Bug spray and water shoes are recommended.) Rushton’s Beach Provincial Park, Ski Wentworth and Jost Vineyards are within 30 minutes. Tatamagouche has an abundance of specialty shops, restaurants and amenities, including grocery store, laundromat, restaurants, bank, post office and liquor store. No pets. Escape here for a romantic get away, skiing adventure or pure relaxation. This is a single dwelling, private cottage with other cottages on-site. Shared property (land) between residents; private accommodations. I don’t live on-site, however, am available by phone or email and have contacts close by to help, if needed. Close to Tatamagouche, Rushton’s Beach Provincial Park, Jost Vineyards, Ski Wentworth, Balmoral Grist Mill. Car transportation is best, however, you may also enjoy bringing your bike and exploring. The Tatamagouche Train runs in the summer months until Labour Day and departs from Foodland parking lot throughout the day; check out their website for more info. Bring bug spray and water shoes. Bed is brand new, however, if you are used to a special pillow or blanket, feel free to bring those. Electric fireplace in living room and kitchen equipped with electric frying pan, slow cooker, hand blender (beaters), food blender (smoothie maker), toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle. Heat pump keeps you warm in the cooler weather and cool in the warmer weather. You may wish to bring slippers or thick socks as some guests find the floor to be cold.
