It is possible to accommodate two people and, in the case of a third, there is also a common sofa in the apartment. A set of bed linen (sheets, pillows, pillow cases and bath and face towels) will be provided for the two guests. There are no exchanges during the stay. Right of use of 01 parking space. Failure to comply with this guideline is subject to warning and fines; - For reservations through Conviva Temporada / Booking website, payment of the deposit must be made with bank transfer and proof of payment must be sent in advance of the arrival date; - It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment or in the common areas of the building (including outside patio).
