The studio apartment is new and equipped with everything you need to make your vacation in Aruba a great one. Located 8 minutes driving from Palm Beach area. The apartment is 22 sq.m./236 sq.ft. which makes it perfect for a couple or single travelers. The area is open with an open kitchen, private bathroom and large patio to enjoy the sunset. The modern bathroom is spacious and features a modern design elements. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, a full size refrigerator, a small oven, coffee maker, pots & pans, silverware, plates and everything else you need to prepare a great meal! We provide beach towels, beach chairs and a small cooler for your beach adventures. There is also an iron, ironing board and blowdryer available. We also provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. There is always a variety of teas that guests can use freely. The Aruba water is safe and clean to drink right from of the faucet. While the apartment is next to our house, it has it's own entrance. For a better view of the entrance, please refer to the pictures in the listing. When you book our place, our main priority is to make sure you will have a perfect stay. We will communicate with you prior and during your stay, to make sure that we answer any questions or request you may have. However, we respect your privacy and will allow you to enjoy your vacation. We live in the quiet area of Alto Vista, in the district of Noord. The apartment is located a bit off the main road, so it's surrounded by nature with few passing cars. Most of the tourist locations such as restaurants, shopping area, nightlife and beaches are within 2 to 3 miles. The drive (or taxi) from the airport to our apartment takes about 20-25 min, depending on traffic. We highly recommend our guests to rent a car, since there is not much public transportation in the area. Parking is free and is located right in front of our house, which is next to the apartment entrance and our driveway. - Prior to arrival, we will email you our guidebook to provide you with the map, directions to the apartment, suggestions on things to do nearby, restaurants, beaches etc. This has proven to be a very helpful vacation planning tool for our guests. - The patio in front of the apartment is a shared area (with a second apartment nextdoor). However, every apartment has their own table and 2 chairs outside. - There is a small charcoal grill that is free to use whenever you like (it is shared with the other apartment). - Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, only outside. No illegal drugs are allowed on premises.
