This lovely and spacious villa comfortably sleeps up to 8 (+ up to 2 infants in cots) people in 4 air conditioned bedrooms comprising of :- Master bedroom with emperor sized handmade teak four poster bed, private balcony, en suite bathroom. Queen sized bedroom with private balcony and en suite bathroom. Further Queen sized bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds. House bathroom. The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave,coffee maker and other small appliances. The living room has three comfortable sofas, cable tv, dvd, cd player, ipod odcking station and radio. A small selection of cd and dvds are available upon request. There is also a selection of playing cards, board games and books. The spacious dining area has a large table that comfortably accommodates eight people. There are ceiling fans in both the living and dining room areas. There is also a small downstairs powder room. Double patio doors lead out onto a spacious shady patio area. The kidney shaped swimming pool is accessed through a latched gate to ensure peace of mind to those guests staying with young children. The villa is also equipped with a washer and tumble dryer. Maid service is provided unto five days per week. Bathroom towels are also provided. The villa is conveniently situated just five minutes away from a well stocked supermarket and is only five minutes drive to Mount Irvine the nearest beach and golf club.
