Pleasant walk to the historic City Centre, Congresso and San Telmo. Four blocks away from Subway Stations, fast bus connections to all of Buenos Aires. Our newly refurbished, light and airy apartment is on the top floor of a handsome and well maintained Art Deco building with antique elevator in a very quiet and safe area. A selection of grocery shops and supermarkets is right on our doorstep. You will have your own maisonette-loft with independent entrance, a well equipped kitchenette and private bathroom. It is a spacious, well lit place with very high ceilings, and characteristic steel columns. We live in the apartment next door, so we are always there to help you with any questions you may have and will happily give you tips on what to do or where to go. Our place is in Monserrat, the heart of Buenos Aires, just a stones throw from Congresso (the Capitol) and the elegant Avenida de Mayo with numerous cafes, restaurants, theaters and cinemas. The old City Centre is within walking distance and it is just a short stroll to beautiful San Telmo with its cobblestoned streets, parks, fruit and vegetable markets, and excellent night-life. We are a short walk (four blocks) from the A-Line and C-Line Underground Stations. There are also very good bus links from Congresso and Avenida 9 de Julio.
