Breathtaking relaxing!! Easy Walk to the Beach

Located in the beautiful town of Punta Santiago, Humacao. This beach home is fully remodeled and furnished with air conditioning in the entire house, fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, washer & dryer inside the unit, private pool and BBQ area and much more! At only a 45 minute drive from the San Juan airport, historic Old San Juan and a 25 minute drive from El Yunque Rainforest, the ferry to Culebra and Vieques island and many more water attractions. This house is perfect for family vacations! Guests are allowed to use the entire house to themselves, including the pool area and garage as well as access to the beach. I am available by text/call/email at any time during, before and after the guests stay to help with anything. The property is located in a small, quiet gated community called Villa Palmira. I recommend guests rent a car. There is a garage with parking space available. Additional spaces are available in front of the houses. Under no circumstances will we allow parties and much less sound equipment or karaoke. Our neighbors deserve to rest and we want to maintain harmony in our community.
