Private Guest House W/Patio

A comfortable, airy space with private entrance and small patio boasting a hammock and rocking chairs. Our guest house is totally independent from the main house and perfect for a couple, but you could easily fit up to 4 guests. Includes Wifi. Totally independent space with basic kitchen facilities and full bathroom! Guests will have access to a shared yard, kitchen, and their own suite with private entrance. Guests are always welcome to pop into the main house and practice their Spanish with me whenever I'm home. But I will never intrude on your private space unless invited. Everything is close! We are only 3 blocks from the outdoor market where you can find most fruits, vegetables, and other staples. Another block and you're at the central park as well as close to the buses leaving for all directions. Go a block in the opposite direction and you'll be surrounded by the trees of a dry forest at the edge of town. Buses, moto taxis and bicycle taxis abound. Get to most interesting tourist spots (Masaya, Granada, Catarina, Apoyo Lagoon, Managua) within an hour. There are 2 dogs in the yard but they will be kept in a fenced area for the duration of your stay. You will be able to interact with them if you want to but will not have to at any time. They help keep the property and your belongings safe. Weekends and mornings can be a bit noisy in the neighborhood due to its location.
