Constant breeze for cool, chilled out relaxing holidays Accommodation is relatively new & offers peaceful, clean, relaxing holidays. It is situated away from the commercial side of Barbados, but is easily reached by car/taxi etc. The Apt offers 2 good sized Bedrooms, 1 en-suite. The 2nd Bedroom can accommodate Twin Beds or as a Super King. There is a main Shower Room & WC. The Kitchen has recently undergone a complete refurbishment & comes equipped with Washing Machine, Neff Elec Hob & Oven, Microwave, Iron & Board & Neff Fridge/Freezer & Toaster The lounge opens via French Doors, likewise the main bedroom has large French Doors opening out onto a very large Balcony/Veranda & again this has a large spacious Dining area with Table & Chairs for the all important Al Fresco dining & a Lounge area with plenty of relaxing & comfortable seating. The sun rises to the back of the apt, giving warm morning sun & sets to the front of the apt, giving valuable shade from the heat of the Caribbean sun, & then take your recliner, along with a glass of something tasty and watch the sun sink into the blue Caribbean sea! Guests have the opportunity to access all areas of the Apt We are always only a telephone/text/email call away. We have a lovely couple, Terry & Rachelle, who are alway on hand to help out with any Guests concerns/needs etc Although the complex has a number of Apts & Villas, you will find it very quiet, which means you have the use of the pools to yourself very often! The views are amazing, especially from the Horizon Pool & Jacuzzi. Often of an evening a small clan of like minded guests will congregate up to the Club House to watch the sun go down into the Caribbean Sea, while sampling the odd Rum Punch or two!! The pools are not "manned", so no timetables are set, meaning you can use the pools as and when, a midnight swim in the flood lit Horizon Pool is a wonderful experience! It is worth noting, that you will need to hire a car, purely because the Apt is situated at the top of a hill and to steep to climb! We do have a very good contact for car hire and it is very easy to drive out here, as Barbados has the same road rules as we do. Petrol is also a lot cheaper than ours, probably half the cost of ours! And because we send you lots of directions for places to visit, you will really find the car a worth while experience. As a rough costing, the car hire will be approx £250 for 2 weeks, but if you take into account that you would need a taxi to take you to the apt and back again, this would run at a cost £50 each way, so for another £150, you have your freedom to come and go as you please! We will send you lots of directions to lots of great & interesting places, that aren't always on the holiday map! Beautiful un spoilt beaches, secluded coves, Bajan Bar b ques to sample! There are local buses & "ZR" Vans that you can use which are 50p per person to take you anywhere! Once you have decided to stay at our apt, Brocklestone Hill, we will furnish you with all the information you need regarding the Apt, the Complex, the Area & the Island. Telling you of those "off the radar" places to visit that you wouldn't necessarily find on your own. We can offer a Meet n Greet service, put you in touch with a good Car Hire company & furnish you with very good driving instructions from the Airport to the Apt, should you not wish to take advantage of the Meet n Greet service.
