The home which is on an acre of land is located just 1.2 miles from the college and is also close to the Martin Recreation Complex. Many guests like to go to Discovery Park of America which is just 17 miles away! You are welcome to park up to two cars in the carport and there is additional parking in the driveway. Host will be available if needed. We hope you enjoy your stay! Guests will use the keypad on the front door to enter the home. Code will be the last four digits of their telephone number.. Our Airbnb has wonderful neighbors who actually enjoy you being here. We are located in a very safe area of town. Local policemen patrol the area frequently. We are DOG friendly. Please do not bring more than one dog.. We ask that you let us know in advance if you are bringing your dog, as there is an additional $50 pet fee that will be charged via AirBnB to account for the extra time it takes to clean the house. Please do not allow your dog in/on the beds and furniture. Help us to keep our family home "sparkling clean" for all our guests.
