Isolated beautiful beach house.

Fully equipped isolated beach house surrounded by natural dunes. Right on the beach. You open the door and there’s the sand. Every bedroom facing the ocean with big glass doors. Good for summer, winter or in between. There aren’t a lot of people near by nor noise, nor commercial movement, so it’ll feel like your private beach. Only a little bit crowded during summer months (December, January, February). Grocery store 4 blocks away. Bus stop 2 blocks away (only during the day) Restaurants and bars 15 min drive There are 3 bedrooms available all facing the beach. a huge dining room and kitchen. Second dining room with a barbecue grill south American style. Two living rooms one with the tv and the second with a fireplace. Game room with a poker table. Long corridors along the house good for hammocks. Guests can use the whole house, but not the main bedroom where we keep our personal belongings Guests will be greeted and taken care of by my landlord who lives a few blocks away, his name is Julio. He’ll be available for anything the guests could need for as long as their stay The house is 15 minutes away from downtown Arroio Do Sal and Areias Brancas, both little beach villages with a few shops and restaurants Guests can park right in front of the house
