Beach house with sunset ocean view

This magical place with a spectacular view over the Atlantic Ocean has a light and spacious living with extended terrace. Located within the village of Jose Ignacio, beaches (La Mansa 3 min and Brava 8 min) and restaurants (La Huella) are on walking distance. Upstairs is the living area with an enclosed dining area and open kitchen. Connected to the living room there is a terrace with ocean view. Downstairs there is a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a bathroom and 2 double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. In the back of the house there is a single bedroom with a separate toilet and shower and a storage/laundry with beach accessories. At the back of the house there is a nice covered and protected outdoor space with a parilla/bbq and a big dining table where you can enjoy a nice aside. The 3 double bedrooms and the living room have airconditioning available. Our guest have acces to all parts of the house. We live in the village in the same block and and we will try to answer all your questions. And we can give you suggestions for a nice stay in Jose Ignacio and surroundings. The house is suitable for maximum 6 adults in three bedrooms. There is a small and very simple room which could be only suitable for a housekeeper. All beds of the double rooms have box springs. Bedlinnen and towels are included. Sonos speakers in the living room.
