The house is situated 200 m from the center of the fishermen village Pântano do Sul, where the 2 markets, the Health Center, the school and many restaurants are. My neighbors and I form one ensemble of houses and apartments over the beach quite isolated from the village, cause we don't have neighbors from behind, only an ancient football field. On week days there are buses mainly every 20 min to downtown Florianopolis and Lagoa da Conceiçao. Executive vans every hour. On week ends there are less frequency of transport.
