Our 1200 sq. ft 2BR guest suite is clean, comfy & private. Let the light shine in and enjoy the view! The cathedral ceiling windows as well as the bay window light up this open plan suite consisting of the living, dining and kitchen areas. Take a moment and enjoy the serenity of a quiet morning on the breezeway wicker porch swing, or unwinding at the end of your day watching the glorious evening sunsets. Breakfast is served! Enjoy a continental breakfast including our frittata made with locally sourced eggs and vegetables, along with bagels, seasonal fruit and coffee, tea and juice. The guest suite is located above the detached garage. Situated two miles from the center of Doylestown Borough; less than a mile from Delaware Valley University and SEPTA train station and two miles from the National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa. Walking, running and biking trails meet at the end of our driveway taking you to the Pine Run Reservoir, Lake Galena and more. As we reside on the property, we are available 24/7. The Borough of Doylestown is located in the heart of beautiful Bucks County Pennsylvania and serves as its County Seat. Recognized by USA Today as having America's "best small-town cultural scene", the Borough offers a rich history, passionate community, and an eclectic mix of businesses, restaurants, and services. You will have access to private parking on our property. If coming by train, we would be more than happy, if available, to pick you up from the SEPTA train station. Otherwise, our home is an easy 15 minute walk from SEPTA's Delaware Valley University stop. Uber is also available.
