The Neighborhood: La Vista is one of the most exclusive, secured gated development with stunning views to the Sea of Cortez. It is located in the Tezal area just 5 min from Costco and 10 min driving from famous Medano Beach and downtown. Just far enough from the noise and activity of downtown, yet close enough to enjoy the amenities. Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi of the Club house were you can relax and and simply admire the amazing ocean views. Getting Around: Depending on your vacation plans, renting a car is a very convenient option, but if you don't want to drive, Taxis are plentiful and safe in Cabo and Uber is also a great option. We have implemented protocols to clean and disinfect all rooms, and frequently touched surfaces, as doorknobs, handles, remote controls and light switches. Certified Hospital grade disinfectant used. * Antibacterial gel and disinfectant available for guest use. * During any interaction with our staff, we will be equipped with protective gear (masks) * For your convenience we have available a specialized sanitization service consisting of electrostatic aspersion, which guarantees the biodegradable sanitizer adhering to all surfaces in the property. This service has a cost of $40 USD and must be required at least 48 hours in advance of arrival.
