Very private home great for families and friends who want to spend time in Aruba and get a real feel of being between the locals in a fine residential neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel areas. I designed and built my dream home, this spacious custom home in 1997. I was looking for a very private affordable upscale quiet neighborhood and found this in Seroe Alejandro! Situated near Savaneta, it is close to many scuba locations, fishing and very central to get to either the Capital of Oranjestad with cosmopolitan shopping and also very close to San Nicolas and two of the most beautiful beaches on the east end of the island: Rodger's Beach and Baby Beach. Very near by in Savaneta are also Mangel Halto Beach and Santo Largo Beach This location is ideal for families and friends who want to spend time in Aruba and get a real feel of being between the locals in a fine residential neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel areas. The home is very spacious 3200 sf. There are 3 bedrooms available for guests, with 2 full baths (one has a bathtub and one has a jack and jill shower between the 2 bedrooms) and a powder room all on the main floor, upstairs open space area with extra restroom and balcony with ocean view and a large yard with mango, cashew, coconut and banana trees. There is a built in Barbeque pit and lots of space to lounge and relax. Car rental is recommended but it is possible to reach the home by public transportation. Six guests can sleep privately in the 3 bedrooms. Wireless Internet. Cable TV. Bedroom 1 is adjacent to full bathroom 1, Bedrooms 2 and 3 are connected by "Jack and Jill" style full bathroom 2. Two other bedroom spaces are locked off with private property, otherwise, the entire home is available for use. Built in BBQ outside. My family in Aruba, mother and brothers help me with any matters that need attending to locally and I interact with guests electronically and by phone as needed. It is a wonderful, quiet and private neighborhood. There is a supermarket and bus stop is a short walk away. Parking outside in front of the home. About 15 minute drive from airport - more detailed map will be provided upon booking. Even though there is public transportation near by, a car is much more convenient.
