Ocean View Boutique Guest House is a beautiful villa mansion set in a commanding position over looking Cas En Bas beach and surrounding golf links. Set in the heart of the prestigious Cap Estate we are just a 5 minute drive to the Marina and all that Rodney bay has to offer. The guest house boasts a large pool, breathtaking views, pool bar and stunning guest rooms which have all been refurbished in 2018. Ocean View Boutique Guest House is a large villa mansion set in half a hectare of grounds. In total there are 5 rooms available at any one time making it a very private retreat for couples or families. The five bedrooms available are all of excellent size and have private bathrooms. All rooms benefit from large private terraces where you will be able to relax and enjoy your own private space. Guests can also enjoy the large pool area with pool bar and take in Ocean Views and relax whilst enjoying a cocktail. The Grand Hallway and TV bar areas are also communal spaces for our guests to enjoy. Guest will enjoy a fully lockable room and will be able to enjoy the pool area with bar, Grand bar, dining room, sofa lobby areas and terraces. Ocean View Boutique is a family run business. We live in a separate section of the property with our two children. We will provide a continental breakfast to our guests 7 days a week and will always be on hand to organize trips, tours and offer advice and where to go on this magnificent and beautiful island. We can be available as much or as little as you require. We are very sociable people and happy to help but we also very much respect guests privacy. We have further dining options available upon request. The property is located on Cap Estate which is considered to be the most prestigious residential area on the island. Many tourists walk around the estate and enjoy the beautiful landscape from which many points you can see both Caribbean to the West and Ocean views to the East. The property is surrounded by the Sandals golf links and is a 20 minute walk from the stunning Cas En Bas beach which is popular for kite surfers and horse riding. The more calmer Caribbean waters are just a few minutes drive. We offer an in house shuttle service that can transport guests to Rodney Bay, Marina, Sandals golf course and main beaches. A small local fee of 20XCD is charged for this service per trip. We can also provide you with several local taxi numbers. We also have hire cars available should you wish to go further afield. Advanced booking is recommended to avoid disappointment for hire cars.
