Cozy entire house perfect for your getaway. Great for families or groups of friends! Quiet neighborhood just a couple of minutes from beautiful Seneca Lake, the Finger Lakes Wine Trail, Hector National Forest, Watkins Glen International, many State Parks, boat launch facilities, etc. Families with children and house trained pets are welcome! Perfectly located in the heart of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. Only 2 minutes from Watkins Glen, 25 minutes from Ithaca, 30 Minutes from Corning or Elmira. Private home perfectly located in the heart of Seneca Lake. It's a one floor Cape style house with 3 bedrooms, a living room, fully stocked kitchen, full bath and laundry room. We spent much of the off season updating the space including new mattresses on all of the beds. There is a front deck with table and chairs and also has a spacious yard that you are welcome to enjoy! Guests have sole use of the house during their stay. Upon booking we will give you the key code so you can come and go as you please. If a problem arises we are only a few minutes away and are happy to do anything to help make your stay perfect! Church Street is a quiet, friendly street in Burdett, NY. Minutes from the true heart of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. There are very few places that you could stay were you would be so close to so many things! Whether it’s a winery, brewery, restaurant, Watkins Glen International, or the seclusion of getting lost in the Fingerlake’s National Forest, you are just minutes away from it all! Ithaca and Corning are just a few minutes further. There is not a day that goes by that I’m not in awe by the natural beauty of this area and I hope that after your stay you feel the same way! Unfortunately there are not many great options for transportation other than your own vehicle. On special event weekends you may be able to find Uber or Lyft. Upon request I can help coordinate wine charters. I am happy to help in any way I can to ensure that you have a wonderful stay in the Fingerlakes. If you need help with planning, reservations or deep local knowledge regarding wineries, restaurants, hiking, museums, etc. I am glad to assist. When ever possible I will accommodate same day reservations, and when I can't, I will respond promptly.
