Our loft is located in the historic Berdon-Campbell building. Once a furniture store in the 1930's, it has been renovated and repurposed into luxury apartments. From the original hardwood floors of your Loft, you can step right out on to Ryan St in the heart of Downtown Lake Charles, just seconds from the best food and music in the area! Stroll down to the newly renovated Lake front boardwalk, or take a quick drive to any of the 3 Casinos just minutes away. Experience Lake Charles like a local! Our Rooms are professionally cleaned, quiet, comfortable and secure, your loft is just seconds from interstate 10 and has all you need to enjoy your stay. You will have access to the Lobby, and workout facility on the second floor. You will also have use of the garage upon request and can also park on the street or next to the building. The building is locked after 5 pm to outside traffic and there is Loft management on site during business hours.
