My cottage in Managua

My house is located in a safe neighborhood, away from the noise of Managua and overlooking the mountain. Although it is close to nature, it is only 20 minutes from downtown and 40 minutes from the (Website hidden by Airbnb) house has a garden in the front and a very cool patio, perfect for reading a book or having a good time with friends. It has wooden cabinets in the kitchen and everything you need for a stay. The view of the mountain is beautiful. If you practice mountain biking, I must tell you that my house is on the route that cyclists take. Additionally, my house is close to some of the main tourist destinations in Nicaragua, such as the Masaya Volcano where you can do a night tour to see the lava of the volcano, since it is located 25 minutes from my house. The colonial city of Granada is 45 minutes away. And if you like hiking you can visit Montibelli a private reserve that is located 20 minutes from my house, or El Chocoyero a nature reserve which is a great place to go hiking and observe nature. The house is 100% available for guests. You do not have to worry about sharing areas with other guests or with me. I will not be around, but I will be available at my mobile phone number or by this means to help you. My neighborhood is far from the noise of Managua, but only 7 minutes from the road to Masaya, the main traffic area in Managua. You will have supermarkets, banks and restaurants nearby. At 20 minutes you will find the Galerías shopping center, where you have access to more restaurants, shops and cinema. If you come in a private vehicle you can park the car in my house. There is space for one vehicle but you can leave the other on the edge of my house. The neighborhood is safe, do not worry, nothing will happen to you. If you do not have your vehicle you can move on moto taxi to get on the road and then you can take a bus to Managua, Masaya or Granada, where you want to go. The weather in this area is cooler than in the center of Managua and when you enter the afternoon you can hear the chocoyos heading to the Chocoyero to rest.
