This is a 150m2 with 4 dorms apartment (we are renting one dorm), in the great neighbourhood of Moema, 3 blocks away from metro station. Near great restaurants, bars, hospitals and the most beautiful park in Sampa. One bedroom with shared bathroom is being rented, in a 150 m2 apt in the nice neighborhood of Moema, one block from Av. Ibirapuera. Quiet, safe, full of great bars, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and shopping center. A nice walking distance from Ibirapuera Park, the largest and most beautiful of the city! The comfortable room has a full-size bed and wardrobes. Right in front of it there is clear bathroom with a very nice shower. We'll be glad to help you have a great stay in the city! I live in the apartment sometimes with my granddaughter.
