Lovely flat Ubatuba with pool near beaches &centre

Strategically located within walking distance to town centre and Perequê-açu beach (both 15mins on foot) as well as easy access to the motorway. Security car-park included for 1 car. With beautiful view for the "Serra do Mar" forest, you might be able to spot monkeys and wild birds from the balcony! Due to its strategic location, you have the opportunity of easy and quick access to motorway which takes you to the beaches of the north or south of the coast line (a car ride away). Being just off the town centre, you are close to the nightlife with bars, restaurants and the handcrafts market. Also able to stroll by the beach and Itaguá área furher away. Best thing is knowing that you can do all that leaving the car at home. Ubatuba town has over 80 beaches, many of them paradise like with cristal clear water. You will always have many options to choose from, some with all the infra-structe for a familty and others more secluded for some peace and quiet. The closest beach to the flat is only 15 mins walking distance and is called Perequê-açu. Very good for relaxing with the family as it has bars and restaurants around. My suggestion though is, if you have a car: go out and explore! Some of the most beautiful and visited ones are: north, "Vermelha do norte", "Itamanbuca" (best for surfing), "Félix"; near the town centre: "Vermeha do Centro"; in the south: "Praia da Fazenda" with its beautiful and clear waters.
