The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood with its own parking area to the front . It comprises of 3 well-proportioned bedrooms, two sitting rooms , a kitchen and a utility room. Although it is handy to have a car to sight see and get the shopping in, this house is a 15-minute walk to the Port Ferdinand Marina and the beach. The house is also a 15 minute walk from the world renowned NIKKI BEACH BARBADOS which is set on the northwest part of the Caribbean island.
