Affordable, spacious holiday home!

Beautiful, spacious villa, perched in the hills giving a breeze & gorgeous view of Nevis and the mountain. It has 3 spacious double bedrooms, a large kitchen, bathroom, utility room & a wrap around veranda. 10min drive from Charlestown & the beach. The customer has access to the entire top floor of the house and the entire garden which is fenced. My mother lives nearby and will be available to offer you any help or information that you need through out your stay. The area is has a panoramic view of the island and the sea and a exceptional view of Nevis peak. There are limited neighbours so it will be a very peaceful stay. The house is in the hills, so there is a pleasant breeze from the north east trade and much less mosquitos than houses nearer the beach. The house is about 5 mins drive from Charlestown. A country lane off the main road leads to the house. There is a rented apartment beneath the house which is currently occcupied by a quiet coupled.
